Avoid Saltire Tax Ltd. at All Costs
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Saltire Tax Ltd., particularly my experience with accountant Steve Wilson. My interactions with this company have been nothing short of a nightmare.
One of the most concerning issues I encountered was the fact that Mr. Wilson requested payments directly into his personal bank account. This practice is highly unprofessional and raises significant red flags regarding financial transparency. Unfortunately, due to this arrangement, I have no tangible proof of the services I have paid for.
Furthermore, the level of customer service provided by Saltire Tax Ltd. has been utterly appalling. After making my initial payment, I waited for a response for a staggering 8 months. When I finally received a reply, it was only to be met with further errors and delays. Even after pointing out these mistakes and expressing my concerns, it took another 2 months for a response. At this point, I was completely fed up with the lack of attention and professionalism.
I strongly advise anyone considering Saltire Tax Ltd. to think twice. The combination of unprofessional financial practices and abysmal customer service makes this company a clear red flag. I urge others to share their experiences to help prevent others from falling victim to such a disappointing and unreliable service.
